Century link, my land line and internet provider is currently having packet loss issues. In the event you cannot call through to a voicemail the magic jack at 336-608-6933 or mobile phone ( with no cell service here ) 3367343519 may take a voicemail . when I aware of the packet loss issue I try to check those boxes at least once daily
